All fees are presented in local currency and are due prior to access or shipment. Vucorix reserves the right to modify pricing for new orders at any time.

4. Reimbursement Policy

This section outlines how payments may be reimbursed or credited for each category of offering.

4.1 Services

Requests for reimbursement of live or on-demand sessions must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Approved requests will be processed within 14 days and credited to the original method of payment. Participants may also transfer their enrollment to a future session by notifying us at least 3 days before the original date.

4.2 Info Products

Digital course materials may qualify for reimbursement if requested within 14 days of purchase and if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. Approved reimbursement requests will be processed within 14 days and credited to the original payment method.

4.3 Physical Goods

Items shipped by Vucorix may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Customers bear shipping expenses. Upon receipt and inspection, we will credit the original payment method within 14 days.

4.4 No-Reimbursement Conditions

Customized Services, time-sensitive sessions, digital bundles marketed at a reduced rate, and clearance or promotional items are final sale due to customization or limited availability. These offerings are not eligible for reimbursement.

5. Amendments

Vucorix may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the website and changes become effective upon posting.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
